Tomato Spinach and Basil Soup
I love this soup. I too put it in the blender and that worked well. I made it exactly like the recipe said and will definitely make it again.

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken
I made the recipe using the pocket method as suggested by one viewer. It worked out great. We made israeli couscous and baked sweet potatoes with this and everyone raved about the combination of flavors. It's a great recipe and really like it that there weren't so many ingredients.

Delicious Pumpkin Bread
So easy and very good. I used muffin tins and it worked well. Also, I added raisins and dried cranberries and they are yummy.
