Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
Good chicken! I used a marinade mix that was great for the meat, but I put potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker and they were flavored far too strongly. We didn't eat the potatoes, but the chicken was amazing! Very moist and tender....I can't wait to use the bones for soup! This recipe to me, is one that you can vary in many different ways, with whatever spices/marinades/sauces you have on hand. I agree with other posters though, you have to have the chicken raised up...it does get pretty greasy in the pot. I might try the tinfoil next time.

Best Ever Meatloaf I
Yum! I tried this out last night. I've never actually eaten meatloaf but my husband has....it was great! He thought it was delicious. I did not have tomato juice but used another reviewers suggestion and used salsa also I added green pepper, garlic, worchestershire and hot sauce (we like some heat!) I will definately make this again! Only four stars because I'd like it to hold together better than it did..once cut it wasn't really loaf...more of a pile.

Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts
Something different for chicken.... the taste was ok - a little rich though, maybe less sourcream and more chicken broth? I had browned the chicken in olive oil and foud the resulting sauce to be sort of separated....I will try it again though with some modifications.
