Cajun Spice Mix
Perfect blend of seasoning. I only used 1/2 the salt but everything else tasted great. I use it to pan sear some Tilapia and topped with Ponchartrain Sauce. Great with anything Cajun!

Chicken Marsala
This turned out perfect. I omitted the breading on the chicken and just browned it in a little Olive Oil. Even my 8yr old loved it.
