Double-Layer Pumpkin Pie
I had the opposite problem of the other reviewer, there wasn't enough of the cream cheese layer. I also didn't like the pumpkin pie spice and would use different spices.

Banana Crumb Muffins
I made these with some extra bananas that I had and was very pleased with the outcome.

Tomato Vodka Sauce
This was great. I added fresh herbs as others suggested and served this for a dinner party and the guests loved it! I used fat free half and half to lighten it up and it was still great.
