This is a wonderful quiche! I was looking for a recipe with spinach & mushrooms. I didn't have any feta, so I used some blue cheese instead. I also used some dried minced onion and sauteed it with the garlic and mushrooms. I used butter flavored cooking spray instead of butter. I also substituted whipping cream for 1/2 of the milk. It all fit perfectly into a deep dish crust which I had prebaked for a few minutes. I will most definitely make this again!!

I made this for a death in the family because I wanted pumpkin pie flavor, but I didn't want to use whipped cream. This was the perfect solution. All of the taste with no real need for the whipped cream. Everyone loved it. Thanks!

This is a fantastic recipe! I poured my pumpkin in a little too fast and I ended up with a wonderful marbled effect. The topping really sets the whole thing off. Will definitely be taking to Thanksgiving dinner at the in-laws. Thanks!
