Shrimp Linguine Alfredo
Good flavor overall, but the shrimp were very overcooked by the time the sauce had reduced!

Tuna Melt Sandwiches
Great sandwich! I put the tuna mix on whole grain bread slices, baked for 15 mins and then opened the foil and baked for 3 minutes. Turned out fantastic!

Campbell's(R) Slow Cooker Hearty Beef and Bean Chili
Great chili if you make a few small changes. Half of the chili powder is all you need. I leave out the water and add more diced or crushed tomatoes. I also like to add half of a jalapeno for flavor and 2 tbls white sugar.
