Easy Portobello Mushroom Saute
This was great! I used fresh garlic instead and green onions. Also added red wine at the end. Topped our salads and didn't need a dressing. Very tasty indeed!

Octoberfest German Potato Salad
Really great! The first time I made it I let it sit overnight and everyone finished it at the party. It went fast. Many requests to make again!
