Marinated Baked Chicken Breasts
This dish was overall pretty good. It had a really nice flavor. I did use breast halves and not whole breasts so I think 1 hr 30 min was a little long for the cook time. My chicken was a bit over-done and somewhat dry. Otherwise, it was good. I did have to double the cracker/seasoning mixture because there was not enough to coat all of the chicken. It was gobbled up by the young men in my house though!!

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes
I actually enjoy when people give alternatives that they tried or suggestions for changes to the recipe. No one has to take their advice but i'm glad they're there, they've helped me quite often. I made these mashed potatoes and they were very good!!! I followed the recipe close but also added some crushed garlic like other reviewers. I actually mashed these in my crockpot and then turned it on to keep them warm. My family went back for seconds and thirds!!! My aunt suggested adding some ranch dressing instead of, or in addition to part of the sour cream to make these potatoes more appealing to the younger crowd. Her young sons liked that!!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes
Yum! I made these potatoes for dinner along with two other dishes from this site (Salmon with creamy dill sauce and parmesan asparagus). A delicious, quick and easy meal to prepare after work! I realized (last minute) that I didn't have any dry mustard so I replaced that with crushed red pepper flakes to give the potatoes a sweet & spicy flavor. It was excellent! I recommend trying it if you are a fan of a little "kick". Also, my potatoes needed to bake much longer than the time given. I used about 10 small-mediumish potatoes and they baked for nearly 55 minutes before they were done. Excellent recipe and definitely a keeper!
