Bone-In Ham Cooked in Beer
This recipe was so easy and turned out great! I made a few alterations and it turned out great. I used only a 10 lb ham and cooked it for only 4 hours. I used a honey based beer and also some cherry juice to baste the ham. Then we used the leftovers to make a delicious and not too salty gravy to go with the meal! It was an amazing dish!

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs
These were amazing!! The crunch of the bacon added a great new texture to the egg. Everyone loved them and asked for the recipe. I agree with another user that I used sharp cheddar to make it more apparent and I also used a little more bacon for more crunch. We also tried topping with dill and added another great taste!

Caramel Crunch Apple Pie
This was a great pie. I used fresh apples from a friends tree. It earned rave reviews at a recent dinner party. The apples turned out just perfectly tender, not too mushy. I didn't change a thing and I didn't find it runny. My only complaint was I found the topping not crunch enough.
