I fixed this last night, it was wonderful. The only thing I did different was I added a pack of Lipton onion soup mix to the meat. Also I layered it meat, soup and milk mix, cheese, tots, and then more cheese. This made the tots crunchy. Again this was wonderful even my 3 year old enjoyed it. Thanks for a great recipe.
