Thai Chicken with Basil Stir Fry
GREAT Recipe. Used a little cornstarch in water at the end to slightly thicken. Thai basil...rather than the generic globe basil made it memorable!

Garlic Lover's Chicken
OMG is right! Used 3/4 c. breadcrumbs, 4 T. parsley for a little extra comfort effect. Also used 1/3 c. butter plus 12 cloves of FRESH garlic. OUTSTANDING!!!
