Poppy Seed Cake III
This was so delicious! I baked it for as two loaves, for a Christmas loaf exchange. Well let's just say I had to make more because my family insisted on taste testing before I gave it to someone else and they got eaten up. Very easy to make, very moist...just plain good!

Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce II
My slow cooker is large and I used 2 lbs of ground beef and added 1 large can of diced tomatoes, just cutting back on the tomato sauce. I also do not have a low setting for 4 hours, but cooked it on high for 4 hours and it was fabulous. What a fantastic way to top of spaghetti.

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne
Having eaten in Paris and being a big fan of French cooking, my husband and I loved this recipe! My daughter didn't appreciate the wine but then she does not like wine at the best of times. For easy preparation and cooking this recipe is great. I think next time I might try lightly browning the chicken first, as everything looked the same colour (chicken, sauce and rice), the only contrast being the vegetables. But overall, trés fantastique!
