Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
It was a keeper in my house. I used only dried herbs and used Russet potaoes. I was lucky to have a lean mix of chicken so the oil was minimal.I used leg quarters so I cooked it a bit longer....90 minutes total. I basted the best I could...I didn't want to add more oil. Served this with kale and of course a hunk of baggette! I will definitely make this again.

Cajun Pork Chops
Simple, quick, tasty and gone!!! Not a morsel left over tonight. Didn't change a thing...next time...I'll make extras!
