I am a proud mother of five beautiful children. I love to cook. Better yet, I love to eat.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cut up and season some of my favorite fresh veggies like red, green, yellow peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Then, simply throw them in a skillet with some olive oil and wrap em' in a yummy tortilla or wrap of choice. I love to cook cookies and breads also. Simple, yet tasty.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving is of course a favorite family tradition to feast on everything.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
Perfect. These will fill ya up and are a great hearty cookie. I used natural organic pb and added some flax seed. Cut back the sugar a bit using organic also. Loved by whole family. Thanks for sharing.

Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies
The wonderful thing is they actually hardened. This is the hardest thing with these no bake recipes. I used Hersheys dark chocolate cocoa for all you dark lovers out there. I was out of vanilla and but they still came out great. Thanks for sharing recipe. Ruth

Potato Pancakes II
I've been eating these as well since a kid. You know I've never thought to add cheese. I've always added a lil' white onion. No onion this time, used your recipe. The cheese gave them a lil' firmer texture and they were wonderful. My husband normally doesn't care for these because of the center being soft, but he really liked these. Thank you.
