Sugar Cookie Icing
This icing was very pretty but did not taste good at all. I tried the vanilla which was better but the almond was just bad. The icing was way to sweet and had a wierd taste to it. I thought it would taste different when I put it on the cookies but nope it was still bad. I do admit it was very easy to work with however I am looking for good taste and looks and this just was not for me.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I am not sure how this recipe got a high rating. The dough was so sticky I could not work with it without using a pound of flour. When I finally got it to roll out and baked they tasted like bread and they puffed up so much I could not tell what the cut out was. I also tried the the cookie icing for this and that tasted so bad it was pretty but not good at all. My child which will eat anything will not even touch these cookies. I will stick with the recipe I got from the food network.

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds
I have been looking for a recipe for this since I bought some at a fair and I have found the perfect one and so easy. I did have to change it some using the 1 tsp of vanilla to the eggs and 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar and they turn out great. I did use parchment paper which help so much so they did not stick and also sprayed the bottom of the pan with pam to hold the paper. I will use this again and again. Thanks for shareing the tips it helped a lot.
