Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
Absolutely delicious! The texture is more cake-like due to the pumpkin...these cookies are both light & rich at the same time. Our family scarfed them right up!

Asian Beef with Snow Peas
This dish was flavorful, delicious, and very quick & easy to make on a weeknight! I'll definitely be adding it to the dinner rotation. :o)
