I am a full-time working mom and wife. My husband and I were married on September 22, 2006, bought a house in March 2007, adopted a dog in June 2007 and had our first baby girl in August 2008. We've had a very fulfilling life together already and we have many years to go. We enjoy doing anything we can do together as a couple or family. We really enjoy spending time with our daughter and our dog. Other than that we are pretty simple people that lead a pretty simple life. I love to cook comfort food, Fall being my favorite time of year. Now that I have a child that is eating table food I enjoy finding recipes that are healthy for all of us and quick and easy for us to make after a long day of working. So many Italian traditions from my mom's side of the family. Sunday dinners, Christmas feast and Easter bread! The list could go on and on. I haven't quite mastered my Mom and Nunnie's level of cooking yet but I'm working on it. Learning to cook child friendly meals that we love as well. I'm working on the family sauce. Mostly burning things like rice because of not paying attention but I have to say that I have not had any horror stories yet.
