Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Sooo many complements on this one! It was so tastey. I used pork sausage, added the egg, and added an extra 1/3c of stock. As recommended by someone else, I cooked in a 13x9 pan covered for 40 mins and then uncovered for 15 mins. I stirred it a few times in between. Maybe added too much stock for it being covered, so I would recommend adding it every 15 mins or so as needed. Excellent taste.
