Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese
After reading other reviews, i boiled the asparagus before putting it in the pan and it turned out great! A really great side dish!

Creamy Saffron Shrimp with Gnocchi and Caramelized Onion
Lots of flavor in this dish! I couldn's stop eating! When I was cooking, i left out teh mushrooms and the saffron (only because it is so expensive) but it still turned out great! If you put a little more sour cream in it, the sauce will thicken as it stands, and turns out really delicious. Thanks for the great recipie!

Famous Pork Chops
This is the best pork chop recipie I have run into to! My chops always come out over done and dry, but these were amazing! I used garlic butter crackers, and 2 eggs, and you should defenetley take the lid off the pan the last 20 minutes or so, other wise it turns otu kinda soggy :) GREAT RECIPIE!
