I like to cook, bake and BBQ because when I'm bored, it's something to do, it's fun, and it's food. Some eat to live, I live to eat..... Everything under the sun except for gelatin. I hate gelatin. Gelatin = eeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwww Swedish meatballs, toll house cookies, apple pies. Getting something right AFTER getting it wrong! Getting it right the first time! Trying new recipes! Discovering I ACTUALLY like something I THOUGHT I hated (except gelatin, that'll NEVER happen.)! Burning a lot of stuff. Not adding the right kind of something. Adding wrong amounts. Following the wrong recipe then finding it out right after its taken me 24 hours to make.
