I liked the cookie very much. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the directions. I was not sure the icing was correct. The directions were vague. I ended up with a hard praline topping. I like it myself but I wish it would have warned it would harden so quickly,or I made it wrong. Yes, it was cake like but that's how I like mine.

I did this for my picky teen girls Sunday School class. They all gave it 5 stars and there was none to throw away.
