Polish, Thai, Asian, American, and Any comfort foods My family is polish and I grew up making lots of polish food with my Babchi and my mom. Holidays were a favorite in my family where we would make batches of Kapusta, Borcht, Golubis and Perogis. I will always have fond memories of my babchi rolling out the dough for the perogis and my mother and I making the fillings. My Babchi has since passed away but I still continue to make these wonderful polish dishes in her memory. So Delish!
