Banana Cranberry Muffins
Yummo. Sweet and tart. I made with less cranberries....a heaping cup and 1/2 C sugar and water. Next time I will use per the recipes as the cranberrries really cook down. I also sprinkled the tops with white sugar crystals. Will definately make again.

'Day Before Payday' Kielbasa and Corn Hash
Yummo! My husband kept saying, "can we have this everyday?"....I added 2 sweet potatoes which added color and flavor. I just used 1 med. onion and 1 green pepper vs. buying frozen...I will definately put this recipe in the "keeper" file.

Outrageous Caesar Salad
I would not make again. Sounded great... Did not taste like a regular Caesar.
