Delicious Pumpkin Bread
Great recipe! I cut back on the sugar and used applesauce instead of oil. I made 4 mini loaves and they came out perfect, even better the second day!

White Bean Chicken Chili
I had to tweak this recipe a bit to get it to my liking. I used rotisserie chicken, added a can of diced tomatoes, used frozen corn and thickened it with masa flour. I'll make it again!
