Roquefort Pear Salad
This salad had too many flavors going on . My husband and I did not like it at all. I had intended to use this as a Thanksgiving salad this year, so thankful I made it in advance. The salad dressing taste like mustard with oil and vinegar, you would do much better purchasing a high quality red wine vinegar dressing.

Amish Slaw
As written it's a 3, kick it up , Do not use oil, it makes it greasy. I add 1/2 cup grated carrots, leave off mustard and only use 1/2 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup sugar.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
Just made these for a church function, I was out of vanilla extract and had to use lemon extract. Yummy. Very pleased. Not overly sweet at all. If you like a sweeter cookie only add about 1/4 cup sugar to the recipe. I thought the flavor was rather bland when I tasted the dough, so I added 1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves to my dough, I am sure if I had vanilla extract it would have been perfect, think I will try coconut extract next time and add 1/2 coconut the batter with 1 tablespoon milk..
