Pie Crust IV
Make sure to keep your shortening cold for a flakier crust. It tastes rather good and is useful for savory or sweet pies. I doubled the recipe and had no problems. I didn't add much of the water (less than half) before it reached the ideal consistency.

Pineapple Pie III
I followed this recipe exactly. I thought it was a little sweet for my tastes. My guests liked it, but it did not wow anyone. It is very easy and has a good overall taste. The pineapple filling thickened up very nicely and quickly.

Shepherd's Pie VI
Using suggestions found here, I made this recipe to rave reviews. I added worsteshire and a gravy packet to the meat mixture and peas to the carrot layer (using far less carrots than called for.) It was delicious that night and delicious reheated as well. My husband loved it.
