My husband used ground flax instead of butter and these rolls were really good. They're yummy with some honey drizzled on them.

These were really good. We used what I think was generic Cheez Whiz (the jar said cheddar cheese on it) and actually my husband used the whole 16oz can by accident. We also chopped up a whole jalepeno and mixed it in with the cheese mixture. I didn't even bother measuring the oil after reading the other reviews. We had enough extra cheese to coat the top of the flautas and they were really good.
