Pizza Casserole
Overall, we liked the dish. The edges seemed a bit bland but it might just be that it needs more pizza sauce than the recipe calls for. I used an Italian 6-cheese blend (mozzarella, parmesan, asiago, romano, fontina, provolone) instead of just mozzarella and also used more because we like cheese a lot. I mixed a big helping of cheese in with the pasta and put the rest on top of the dish. Also quartered some of the pepperoni and browned it together with the ground beef and 3 gloves of garlic. I used Italian seasoning. Will definitely make it again, only next time use more sauce.
