My favorite things to cook
I love to cook soups, and make my own veggie stock. I love chopping veggies and roasting them as well. Appetizers are a favorite in my house, and love finding new and exotic recipes for when friends come over.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite traditions have changed since I became a vegetarian. But I love cooking the traditional Thanksgiving meal... but now with a new twist- veggie style!
My cooking triumphs
I made the greatest potato and leek soup the other day. It was so perfect and yummy!!! The crutons I made with it were the topper...kalamata olive bread with a blue cheese dijon spread baked on top. YUM!
My cooking tragedies
I can't seem to make a good veggie chickpea burger...they never turn out right... I have tried alot of different recipes and never seem to get it right.
