Curry Pumpkin Soup
I found a use for powdered sweet potatoes. I substituted pumpkin for that. Also used leftover butternut squashand omited sugar. Started w/ onion/garlic diced in butter, added chicken stock. I reinvented the wheel on this recipe. Thanks for the idea.
