Born in Illinois,raised in the northeast, I have created a passion for cooking of all sorts. From baking to stir fry and stir fry to gourmet. I just love to cook for any occasion and turn those simple dishes into gourmet dishes. Am I a professional cook? No, not at all, I have worked in several restaurants when I was younger and developed a passion over the years for cooking. Yes, I am a fan of the Food Network. but from the dishes I have created, I get a lot of compliments on my cooking. The most being from what I can do to bring taste to that plain tasting dish using various seasonings. Yes, I can bring food alive. I can save it, and the rewards have been phenomenal.
My favorite things to cook
I mostly enjoy making Italian foods, seafood dishes, and comfort foods. I also enjoy baking especially around the holidays. I like to bring the four seasons to the oven to bring the season closer to home.

I like to bring the way my mother cooked when I was younger to the table. That comfort cooking that touches the heart and warms up the house.

You got to love cooking and have a passion for cooking if you want to be a successful cook. If you don't, things go wrong that could cost you your reputation.

If you lack the proper oven or measuring, things could definitely go wrong, especially when it comes to baking where you have to be precise on your measuring. That's why it's always a good idea to follow the instructions carefully and if your an expert cook, experiment before cooking.
