Szechwan Shrimp
So simple yet oh so yummy! Used more red pepper flakes and ginger than the recipe called for cause I like spicey food. Only regret is that I didn't make double the sauce so I could poor it on the rice.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs
Tweaked the sauce by adding BBQ sauce. Only cooked for 6 hours in slow cooker but it was still fall off the bone. Carmalized in oven for 10 minutes. Very yummy. Will definitely make again. Thank you for sharing.
