Pumpkin-Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Very good pumpkin cookie. less cake-like and more crispy. I like spice so I added 1/2 tsp of both nutmeg and ginger.

Chewy Caramel
Be sure to heat slowly. I tried upping the heat and scorched it all. But tried again and turned out great.
