Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This recipe was a great basic recipe. Before I made it, I read through others reviews and kind of took bits and pieces from numerous recipes. I used chicken broth instead of water, I used two cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of cream of mushroom. I added celery, carrots, and potatoes. I seasoned the chicken with Rosemary dill seasoning and cooked for about 10 minutes just to barely cook the chicken. I do only used 1 can of biscuits, but only because my crock pot was too small for more, would have been even better with another can. Overall, the recipe was easy and my family loved it. I had never had chicken and dumplings before so it was a good recipe to try for the first time!
