Even though Ive been cooking for about 10-20 years I feel as though my intrest in cooking has just started about 1-2 years ago. I use to have a fear of cooking anything I wasnt familiar with and now I just Love trying something new. I love cooking alot of different things but I probley my favorite thing to cook is Rice and Beans because my Husband loves it. Thanks to my sister inlaw I no longer make rice in the microwave. ( min rice) I love using Goya seasonings and exspierimenting with new ideas. I have not yet tried making it, but a tradition for us is Grandma's homemade bread and her meat pie. We would always have this at christmas along with alot of Grandma's home cooking. Grandma is nolonger with us and it has been awhile since having meat pie and Im sure I will not be able to make it just like her's but I am going to try making this soon. Rice and Bean..... trying to cook Duck for my Dad.... This was awefull !!!!
