Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches
Great recipe! I didn't have any onions, so left those out, and used spicy brown mustard. Great on toasted bread with fresh baby spinach.

Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
Awesome! This has become a family favorite. I don't chop the pecans and increased the amount to 1 1/2 cups+. Also use Jack Daniels and put the chocolate chips in the bottom of the pie rather than stir them in.
