Easy Garlic Chicken
This was a simple and delicious recipe, as is. I did not need the 2 cups of breadcrumbs, it worked well with just about one cup. My family loved it.

Cream Cheese Cookie Cups
I wanted to try these out to see if they would be a good addition to a Cookie Exhange Party. They were great! I made my own chocolate chip cookie dough rather than using refrigerated. The only benefit I see to using store bought dough is to save time, but making your own is much better. I will definitely make these again!

Gingerbread Boy Cookies
The dough was very easy to work with and the cookies held their shape well. The only change I made was to use Apple Cider Vinegar instead of White Vinegar (and this was because I realized too late that I had run out of white). It turned out really great, though, and it gave it a nice flavor.
