I'm young and just getting into the swing of cooking. I come from a family with too many cooks(good ones) in the kitchen so of course coming into my own when it comes to the kitchen is going to be a journey. I love baking and for posterity I'm undertaking the task of uploading uncommon traditional recipes e.g. dandelion jelly. The many confections Mom makes in the month leading up to Christmas eve. My first mealoaf was 100% edible. The chocolate chip cookies I attempted at 14. I measured something wrong and the dough turned into a batter.... I turned it into chocolate chip cake/bread.... ok that's not really a tragedy. I guess the time I burned the chocolate frosting. ick!
