Canadian of Scottish decent, now living in New England. Married to a wonderful Sicilian-American. My kitchen is very confused. The children are grown so we share our home with three Maine Coon cats. Everything and anything. Bread, pasta, ice cream (thats not technically cooking is it?) Nothing warms my heart more than cooking for my family. We love traditional Italian meals that last hours and have several courses. We make a point of doing this for birthday celebrations and choose the menu based on the favorite dishes of the "guest of honor". I have too many to list here. But every time you fail, your just learning how not to do it next time. I don't sweat it. OK, may be I sweat it a little when the ingredients are expensive...
