I was raised by my Ukrainian immigrant father who was a chef for 35 years. Everyone in my family can cook exceptionally well. I make some great Ukrainian / Slovak dishes which recipes have been passed down. I also think I was Italian in a previous life, because I make some killer Italian food (and I married an Italian and he'll agree). I experiment all the time, but never write it down, so it's hard to provide "recipes" but because of multiple requests for so many, I'm trying to change that!
