This icing is great! We iced a triple pudding layer cake with it. I made half the amt of the original recipe and added an extra 1/2 cup of conf. sugar. Great taste and consistency! Thanks!

I made this recipe with the intention to give it in a tin for the holidays. I added walnuts and semi-sweet chocolate chips, instead of the chocolate bar. This recipe turns out not to be very sweet (which I like), but I have to say I have had better chocolate biscotti. Overall, a good staple recipe. Worth making for yourself, or as a gift.

These cookies are great! I made some additions to make it healthier though :) I used 1/2 cup sucanant and 1/2 cup cane sugar for the sugars. I substituted the corn flakes with more oats. I added a handful of raisins and white chocolate chips, while only using 1/2 cup c.chips. All in all, excellent recipe! Thx :)
