ABSOLUTELY the best guac in the world. I'm astounded every time I make it. Made it for a fourth of july party and it was gone in 4 minutes- and that was a triple batch! Everyone tells me its the best guac they've ever tried. I add about 3 pinches of cayenne pepper and extra garlic, but other than that I follow the recipe to a t!

This recipe is going to single-handedly make me fat! It is AMAZING and so easy to make! I made it for my boyfriend for his birthday party- he was skeptical b/c of the cottage and sour cream, but he LOVED it and so did everyone else. The bread crumbs are amazing with it. Made it exactly as the recipe said and it came out perfect!
