41 and never really been into cooking. May have now found an interest other than my family, my dogs, documentaries and reading,oh and not forgetting my chardonnay.(I am not all boring!) Must apologise now for my lack of knowledge and silly questions that I will put out there. Novice with a capital "N". GG Meat and potatoe recipes,stir frys and good old hearty British recipes like cottage pie and fish pie. A complete Sunday traditional British roast dinner with all the trimmings. Cooked my fist pate yesterday and my first quiche with my son J today. Both good but I know I need to learn more. Too many to mention now. The heart is always willing but the skill is lacking!
