Ranch Bean Dip
This dip is easy and pretty good. I add extra green chilies to give it a little kick.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
So good! I had problems with getting the soup to thicken, so I took the advice from other raters, and added some potato buds. My husband LOVED this soup, which is really impressive, because he usually hates soup. Will make again!

Easy Swedish Apple Pie
So easy and yummy too. I made this apple pie with my just turned 2 year old. We served it with vanilla ice cream, and my husband loved it!
