Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
It was good, even though I'm not a big fan of ground turkey. It seemed a bit dry to us, but that was probably my fault since I got busy doing yard work. Used shredded cheese and that worked nicely.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Very good - would likely make again since recipe uses ingredients I always have on hand!

All Day Apple Butter
Absolutely the best - the house smelled amazing in the morning (cooked overnight) and only took about 1 hr with lid off to cook down. Water bathed and got 6 jelly jars full. I'll definitely be making more!
