cowboy beans, elk roast/steaks, chicken & dumplings our family has traditionally made Krub, a Norweigen potato/flour/ham dish on New Years day. My brothers, dad, cousins and uncles used to have contests to see who could eat the most. My dads favorite way to have them, was the next day, slice and fried in butter for breakfast. I think I will make some right now in his memory.
