Been attempting cake decorating and finding i am not too good at it. I love vegetable dishes and fish dishes. Getting bored with the same ol' pork, beef, chicken routine. don't have any family cooking traditions but i am looking to start some with my kids. haven't burnt the kitchen down so i guess thats a triumph :0) well one time i accidentally put a glass pan of brownies down to cool on top the stove and went to start cooking a chocolate topping but turned the wrong burner on. I turned to get some water and thought a bomb had gone off behind me when the glass pan exploded from being on the burner i had turned on.
