Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies are beautiful, with just the right amount of peanut butter flavor. I've made them plain, and with chocolate chips, which makes them even better. I also replaced the shortening with butter, and used a little less than called for. Delish!

Pumpkin Bread IV
This bread smells wonderful in the oven, and looks beautiful when you pull it out. It's super moist and flavorful. I used unsweetened apple sauce instead of the oil, and it was delicious!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
This is an excellent basic oatmeal cookie recipe. Just the right amount of spices, sweetness and saltiness. I've added chocolate chips, I've tried cranberries, and served them plain. All versions were a hit. The only thing I change is to use a tiny bit less of the butter called for, which helps them not flatten out too much. I will definitely continue to use this recipe again and again!
