Emily's Famous Marshmallows
FIRSTLY, ONLY COMBINE THE SUGAR MIXTURE AND GELATIN IN A LARGE BOWL OR PAN. I am not an experienced candy maker so I did not know that it would EXPLODE. I completely ruined the first batch. After that, everything worked great and I will make these again. These are phenomenal. I made these for my work Christmas Cookie Boxes and everyone loved them and couldn't believe they were homemade. I would love to try the swirl design in the picture but maybe after a few successful batches. I will certainly be making these again. I am only giving it less stars because of the lack of warning about mixing methods.

Double Layer Pumpkin Pie
Such a hit. I made small ones for Family Thanksgiving and made a big one for Friends Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it. It's a nice contrast to have a pumpkin pie that's not so dense and with a little extra fluff on the bottom.

Jif(R) Peanut Butter Blossoms
These are always great for the Christmas Cookie Boxes I make for co-workers. I have made them a few times and don't know if this is the recipe or me but I usually end up adding more flour. I can tell by the way they feel rolling if they'll be thick enough to look rihgt. I'll update at a later date but I'm pretty sure that I add another half cup of flour......
