Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
YUM!! I love the flavor that the soy, vinegar and ketchup gives. I skip the hot sauce because I do not like hot. I add more onions and then add potatos and carrots. I just made this again for the second time. I let it cook for probably 12 hours and the meat had fallen off of the bone all by itself. My kids and hubby love it. Defintely a keeper and a nice change to the traditional flavors of a pork roast.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
I used a rotisserie chicken and half blue cheese, half ranch. I also used GOOD cheese and shredded it myself which makes a huge difference in the flavor. Served this for a football gathering and everyone loved it. I used Franks Buffalo Wing sauce which was way too spicy for me, but everyone else thought it was perfect. I admit I am a wimp:) Served it with tortilla chips. I will definitely make it again for all my spicy loving friends! I doubled the recipe and it made a ton.

Bread Bowls
Pretty good and very easy! I made these for a football get together and another couple made the soup to put in them. They held up wonderful with the potato soup in them. (I had my doubts as the soup was not as thick as I would have expected)The husbands refilled their bowls several times with no leaking. My only complaint is that the bread was a little bland, but the soup made up for it.
